Dollar Point Yoga Weekend 9: Practicing Non Attachment
The theme of this weeks class is practicing non-attachement. Today's class incorporate twisting postures the pull our limbs in different directions as a vizual representation of what it feels like when your head and your heard are in conflict over an attachment.
Summer Yoga at Dollar Point consists of Friday yoga on the grass by the pool and Saturday yoga on the beach by the lake. Each weekends class has the same theme and a similar series of poses, but each is uniquely suited to the setting.
