Apres Ski Flow - Kapalabhati Breath
Today's class incorporates Kapalabhati Breath into a few different asanas. This core-centric class is more restorative in nature and does not include any standing poses. Instead, all poses are reclined, seated, or on hands and knees, to give the legs a rest after a season of outdoor winter sports.
Kapalabhati Breath (aka Skull Shining Breath) is primarily practiced in seated poses with a straight spine but can be incorporated into other asanas like table top and bridge to bring additional awareness and focus on the abdomine.
