Apres Ski Flow 10 - Fallen Star
This yoga flow is designed to be slow, intentional, and recovery-focused but also playful and strengthening. The peak pose is fallen star, and the whole class incorporated themes of being curious about rather than scared of falling or failing because you are supported by the earth and your community. This sequence accompanied by a soothing playlist makes for a more yin like practice.
