Inspiration for this class comes from the recent full moon and the book “Restorative Yoga for Beginners - Gentle Poses for Relaxation and Healing” by Julia Clark.

- Relaxation Pose (bolster under knees) - Breathwork
- Reclined Buttefly (feet on bolster) - Full Body Scan Meditation
- Side Bend (boster under chest, blanket under head and neck)
- Child’s Pose (boster under chest) - Intension Setting
- Half Frog (boster under chest, blanket under knee)
- Straddle Forward Fold (blocks and bolster under chest) - Hug A Friend
- Legs Up the Bolster (blocks and bolster under legs) - Love Your Feet
- Spinal Twistst (bolster legs)
