Beach Yoga - June 28, 2015
For this class, I included introductions and asked participants to share their name, one thing they are grateful for, and their favorite post. Description: Yoga on the Beach is a series of fun classes for all levels and ages. Practicing yoga outside is a way to connect with nature while focusing on breath and alignment. These classes follow an arc of opening awareness, warm-up stretches, balancing poses, inversions, grounding poses, relaxation, and a cold plunge.
