- Seated stretches (forward bend, one leg forward bend with leg massage)

- Low lunges with half split
- High lunge flow
- Sun Salutation with high lunge
- Proud Warrior Flow (warrior II, side angle, reverse warrior) - “Think of one thing you are proud of that you have accomplished this year.”
- Godess pose, wide leg forward fold, side lunge
